Detras da porta verde; behind the green door in Galician. The gateway to Fabien's vineyard. This is the vineyard where we maintained in our first year. This wine itself tells that the grapes come from the slate soils of the banks of the Sil from Amandi. Ruby red with a blue purple touch. Clean but not overly bright. In the nose black fruit with an earthy edge. Elegant, complex and fresh. 90% Mencia and 10% Alicante Bouschet. Destemmed and fermented with the natural yeasts from the vineyard in open wooden barrels. Temperature control through the vessel. Aged for 7 months in old French wood, unfiltered, unstabilised. Edition of 304 bottles. Serve at about 16 to 18 Celsius. Drink until 2026.
